It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any goods, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccurate or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Delivery
Operation Hours (AEST)
Monday to Friday: 08:30am - 06:00pm
Saturday: 08:00am - 05:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 04:00pm
Public holidays, CLOSED
We are not a flower delivery network. Next business day delivery available on orders placed before 06:00pm. As long as your order is processed by the cut-off time, all orders received can be delivered to all listed destinations as early as the next working day.
If you are sending to a destination with restricted access or a destination that has a specific closing times, please refer here for more on our delivery information. Any additional floral items will incur a charge of the delivery suburb per floral item.
While we always do our best to meet your time-of-day requests whenever possible, we cannot always guarantee AM or PM delivery times. All deliveries automatically have a Signature Release, which means that the flower arrangement can be dropped off without requiring a signature. In most cases, our delivery team member will knock on the door or ring the door bell, or even contact the recipient if you did provide the recipient's contact number during the checkout. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the flowers for the recipient in a safe place if there is one. Should you have any queries relating to a delivery, the best way to determine if a delivery has met your satisfaction is to contact the recipient directly or contact us on (+61 2) 9399 7236.
Please ensure that you have your order number handy when calling. Unfortunately, we cannot send confirmation of delivery at this time.
Orders & Cancellation
All orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order. We accept major debit or credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard.
We strive to provide the best customer service available. It is our belief that as a real artisan florist, we understand and appreciate the concerns of Internet shoppers regarding the security and proper fulfillment of their orders. We will not refund any payment. If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the fresh flower quality, the recipient should contact us directly within 24 hours of delivery. In most every case, we will gladly replace the arrangement. Bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Proper care is required.
Janina Florist is not responsible for:
- Incorrect address provided by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being available and uncontactable at time of delivery.

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) including GST. Please note, the description that appears on your bank statement about your authorised transaction on our website is under Fresh Flower Direct. Flowers are subject to seasonal availability. In the event that any of the flowers are unavailable, we will substitute with similar flowers in the same shape, style and color. Stem count, packaging and container may vary. All arrangement illustrations are a guide to the style of flowers.
To the full extent permitted by law, we absolutely disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for any particular purpose. We give no warranty that the goods or services will be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected, or that our website or its server is free of viruses or any other harmful components.
